University
Park sits across from the University of Denver, a longtime
Denver landmark and home to a well-respected law school
and business school. Streets bordering the park are graced
by lovely Victorian-style homes. Nearby Observatory Park
actually houses a small working observatory. Observatory
Park serves as a recreational focal point for the neighborhood
with fields for ball games, volleyball and tennis courts.
Most
of the residences that were built in the 1930s to 1950s are

to build large, custom, new homes, priced from $800,000
and up.
