Lone Tree
is located just south of the Denver Tech Center about 20
minutes from Downtown Denver. The community is relatively
new primarily from the 1990's and recent 2000's construction
and emphasizes open space and outdoor recreation. The golf
course is the center of the master plan is lined with town
homes and single family homes. There are trails and paths
throughout giving owners and residents ample space to walk,
run or bike. There are no longer new construction options
at Lone Tree; however newer re-sales are available. Its
location is convenient for access to either I-25 running
north or south or 470 circumventing east and west. A great
option for the commuting businessperson as well as a wonderful
option for families.
Lone Tree is built as an upscale community and designed
to stay that way. A comprehensive plan forged by extensive
resident participation and created to ensure a quality
living environment places emphasis on high quality design
and construction.
