Located
just East of Downtown is Denver's City Park. This neighborhood,
comprised primarily of Denver Square style homes, is one
of the hottest in Denver. Many of the homes in the neighborhood
have been remodeled. There are also many new condo developments
including the Pinnacle at City Park which is a 2-tower
development at the base of City Park.
Denver’s long standing top independent book store,
the Tattered Cover, recently relocated to City Park along
with the city’s top independent music store, Twist & Shout.
The Museum of Natural History, an IMAX movie screen, the
Planetarium and the Denver Zoo all reside within City Park's
boundaries, not to mention a great public golf course and
acres of open space suitable for a slew of different sports.
